1. Studio users must take the epidemic prevention measures suggested by the government;

    所有健體中心客戶必須採取政府建議的防疫措施；

2. The class sessions purchased are not transferable;

    購買的套票不可轉讓；

3. Studio users must inform us if they have developed a medical condition that may have consequences for training;

    健體中心客戶若有傷患或需要特殊照顧，必須在開始運動前告訴我們；

4. All exercises and the use of the studio’s facilities shall be at the studio user's sole risk;

    上所有健體班和使用健體中心設施的風險均由健體中心客戶自行承擔；

5. Purchased sessions can be put on hold for up to a year with a valid medical certification. Refund arrangement can be negotiated under special medical circumstances;

    購買的套票可以在持有有效醫療證明的情況下暫停一年。如果情況嚴重，可安排退款；

6. Booked sessions can be cancelled without charge up to 3 hours prior to start time with no charge, the credits you used to book the sessions will be automatically returned to your account;

    預約健體班後，可以在該健體班的開始時間前 3 小時或之前免費取消該預約，用於預訂該班的額度將會自動退還到客戶的帳戶；

7. Studio users should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their scheduled sessions, especially for yoga classes. They will not be permitted to enter the yoga room once they are late. More flexible handling may apply to dance and fitness classes. 

    健體中心客戶應在課堂開始前5分鐘或之前到達，特別是瑜伽班。健體中心客戶若遲到，將不能進入瑜伽房。而跳舞班和其他健體班則會有更彈性的處理。

8. When a black rainstorm warning, a typhoon signal no.8 or higher is hoisted, all class sessions will be cancelled, and the credits will be automatically returned to users' account;

    在天文台發出黑色暴雨警告、八號或以上颱風信號時，所有健體班將會取消，額度將會自動退還到客戶的帳戶；

9. Studio users should not participate in a class while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any medication that may affect your safety;

    健體中心客戶不應在酒精、毒品或其他可能影響其安全的藥物影響下進行運動；

10. Studio users should take care of their personal belongings at all times. The studio staff will try their best to make sure the lockers are in good shape, but any property stored in lockers is stored at your own risk. We regret that we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur to items stored in lockers;

    健體中心客戶應保管好自己的個人財物。我們的職員會盡力確保儲物櫃運作正常，但存放在儲物櫃中的任何財產均由客戶自行承擔風險。抱歉我們不能對存放在儲物櫃中物品的任何損失或損壞承擔責任；

11. Studio users shall pay for any damages to the studio’s property which results from their willful or negligent conduct;

    若故意或過失對本健體中心造成財產損失，需由健體中心客戶承擔賠償責任；

12. Suitable exercise clothing must be worn while attending a class;

    運動時必須穿著合適的運動衣著；

13. The personal data collected from studio users will be used by us, Fitness Valley, for the purpose of supplying users with the booking, reminding, verification and other services. No personal data will be transferred to any other parties. Studio users have the right to request access to, and correction of, their personal data held by us.

    本網站收集的個人資料將被我們用於為您提供預約、提醒、驗證等服務。不會將任何個人資料傳輸給第三方。 健體中心客戶有權要求查看和更正我們持有關於他們的個人資料。

14. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

    中文版和英文版的條款若有歧義，概以英文版為準。
